What is a phone QR code?
A phone QR code encodes a tel: URI. When scanned, the phone recognizes it and offers to initiate a call to the encoded number — the same behavior as tapping a phone link on a website. Supported on every modern smartphone without any extra app.
Phone QR codes should always be static
